Educating staff about sustainability  – package   COST: $1350

Educating staff about sustainability is critical for a sustainable brand and brands that want to become more sustainable. When staff are educated about what sustainability is and what it means to the company, the staff engagement is increased.  Staff begin to understand what it means for the brand. Your staff are some of your biggest stakeholders and brand ambassadors. A fashion sustainability consultant can help engage your staff about sustainability.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with brand – 60 mins
• Sustainability training session – 3-4 hours
• Optional: additional information will be included for the brand about their current sustainability initiatives and where they are headed on this journey.

Deliverables include: A complete training session to apparel and fashion brands on what sustainability is, what is sustainable fashion, what is fast fashion, why sustainable fashion is important, the environmental risks, the social and ethical considerations etc.

Sustainability assessment of current state – package   COST: $2450

This package includes a holistic but detailed look at the sustainability of your brand and where improvements can be made.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with brand – 30 mins
• Full sustainability assessment conducted for your brand (this includes over 120 questions) – 2 hours and is completed in person or over zoom discussing your brand
• General brand evaluation
• Website evaluation
• Instagram evaluation

Deliverables include: We will itemize opportunities for improvement for your brand in general and for your website and Instagram sites based on our conversations with the brands, its website and Instagram sites. After this, the brand will be able to identify where improvements can be made, whether it be in packaging, energy use, wages, recycling etc.

Website evaluation – package   COST: $1250

This package includes a holistic but detailed look at the sustainability of your brand and where improvements can be made strictly on your website.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with brand – 30 mins
• Assessment and evaluation of website

Deliverables include: We will outline deficiencies found on website and areas where improvements can be made with respect to sustainability. We include areas that need to be included on the brands website and how to ensure transparency of your brand.

Roadmap Creation – package   COST: $2450

This package includes a holistic but detailed look at what you are doing as a brand currently and where you would like to improve and how you need to get there.

This package includes:

• A one on one discovery call with a brand to determine focus of the brand and timing
• Roadmap creation to solve program – mapping out all logistics and timing
• Outline key milestones
• If you complete the Sustainability Assessment of Current state first, this package is: $2250

Deliverables include: Identifying all the steps of what is need to make the project successful.

Target and goal setting – package  COST: $3450

This package not only includes target and goal setting for your brand, but digs deep and gets into the core values and actual purpose of the brand. This assesses what is actually material to your brand.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with client
• General brand evaluation
• Target and Goal Setting Workbook
• Core Values, Purpose, Mission and Vision Development
• Development of over-aching Objectives for brand
• Specific Goals and Target development for brand – these are specific and meaningful to brand

Deliverables include: At the end of this, the brand will have meaningful core values, a purpose, vision, mission, clearly delineated objectives, goals and targets. The goals developed will be SMART goals.

Starting a new fashion brand & Roadmap – package  COST: $2750

This package includes assisting a new fashion apparel brand to get started. We teach you how to begin and develop the process to create your own fashion brand.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with client – general brand discussion – where you are at right now and what has been done to date – 1 hour
• General sustainable fashion training – 1 hour
• Brand identity – work collaboratively with client
• Vision Board development – work collaboratively with client (clients to create final for homework)
• Detailed garment vision board development – work collaboratively with client (client to create final for homework)
• Roadmap Development – outlining key milestones and deadline dates including vision board creation, fabric research, material sourcing, product development and sampling, manufacture sourcing and sampling, and manufacture of product, sustainability strategy development etc.

Deliverables include: At the end of this, the brand will have worked on a comprehensive brand identity, a vision board for their brand, a detail garment vision board and a Roadmap with all the steps to completion.

Fabric OR Manufacturing Sourcing – package        COST $2400 

As a new brand begins, they might require assistance sourcing sustainable fabrics and certified manufacturing facilities.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with client – general brand discussion – where you are at right now and what has been done to date – 1 hour
• Fabric sourcing – sustainable fabrics will be sourced from countries of your choice. We will do our best to find sustainable mills with certifications
• Manufacturing sourcing – sustainable manufacturers will be sourced and vetted to ensure high quality and certifications
• Moda Circolare will make first contact and ensure mills and manufacturers are as sustainable as possible

Deliverables include: At the end of this 3 fabric mills or suppliers and/or 3 manufacturers will be found and contact information will be given to the client.

Getting rated on the Good On You App – package    COST $3500

As a sustainable brand, you might be interested in getting on the Good On You App. This App is wonderful, but it takes a lot of work to get a good rating on this app.  We have you covered. This is a lot of work, but your brand will be transformed after this. Be prepared to do a lot of hard work.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with client – general brand discussion – where you are at right now and what has been done to date – 1 hour
• Sustainability training – 1-2 hours
• Evaluation of website and all social media sites
• 8 x one on one meetings with brand to get them prepared for the various areas that need focus
• Go through governance, environmental issues, social and ethical issues, transparency and traceability and circularity etc.
• Outline changes to website and creation of required polices etc.

Deliverables include: Outline current state of brand and areas of improvement. Work with brand to understand sustainability and what changes and additions to their website and strategies. A fashion sustainability consultant can help you navigate your positive results in this area.

Circular Design Strategy – package   COST $4200 (starting at)

As a sustainable brand, you have likely considered the creation of a circular designed product or model that you would like to implement.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with client – general brand discussion – where you are at right now and what has been done to date – 1 hour
• Circular Fashion education – 2-3 hour
• Workshop – 4 hours
• Identify areas where possible products, circular models or strategies can be implemented.

Deliverables include: We will work with your team to workshop various ideas to see what is actually possible. Get ready to think out of the box.

Sustainability Strategy Development – package   COST $4500 (starting at)

As a sustainable brand, to be successful you will need a sustainability strategy to guide you forward. MODA CIRCOLARE is a sustainability consultant that specializes in improving a brands sustainability performance across the board.

Deliverables include: Background training for client, development of core values and ensuring they are aligned with goals and targets. the creation of a robust Sustainability Strategy for the brand with goals and targets mapped out. Environmental Program Improvement – package   COST $1450

If you are interested in reducing your waste and improving your recycling rates or reducing your energy use and carbon footprint, then this package is for you. Whatever you want to focus on, we can assist in suggesting and implementing improvements.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with client – general brand discussion – where you are at right now and what has been done to date
• Site tour (if available)
• Identify areas where improvements can be made and how to implement

Depending on the needs and priorities of the client deliverables may differ: Identifying areas where improvements can be made specifically for your brand and environmental area of concern.

3D Sample Creation – package   COST $3350

Are you looking to have one of your creations made into a digital image? Creating 3D digital images allow to you experiment with colors and preferences of your customers.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with client – general brand discussion – where you are at right now and identify what you want to achieve – 30 mins
• Client will need to supply drawing with all measurements and detailed photo of fabric.
• Creation of digital 3D prototypes of design that can be utilized to make physical samples and test your customer market in relation to preference (eg. colour and fit)

Deliverables include: Client will receive 6 different digital 3D images of the garment to utilize in social media or on their website.

 

Retainer & Coach – package   COST: $1450/month

This package includes a one on one working relationship with the brand.  We will be your coach to assist you through your improvements. This can include work that the brand requires but does not have the in-house resources to complete.  This package holds brands accountable for making progress. For example, a brand may want to improve their waste, recycling or energy programs. Whatever you think needs improvement, we will support you. We are a fashion sustainability consultant you can count on to deliver great results and be your ultimate sustainability partner.

This package includes:

• Discovery call with brand – 30 mins
• Identify high level areas of improvement
• Includes 3 x 1-2 hour calls a month
• 2 hours of project work identified by brand (research, sourcing, social media work, etc.)

Deliverables include: Keeping a brand on track with check-in calls every 9 days or so. This also includes 2 hours of project work.
